3 Lacrosse Ball Techniques Every Dancer Should Know Before Nationals Season
Say goodbye to sore aches, tight backs, and cranky shoulder -- these techniques will help you feel your best when it matters most.

Low Back Reset: For Long Rehersal Days
Use the lacrosse ball along your low back to release tension & improve mobility for développés, arabesques, & floorwork.
Tip: Don't roll on your spine -- find the muscles just to the side of your spine

Foot Release: Give Your Arches Some Love
Rolling the bottom of your feet improves mobility, reduces tension, & helps your jumps feel lighter
Tip: Do this before & after practice or performance to get ahead of achey & crampy feet

Shoulder Release: Fix That Tension from Port de Bras
Release the back of your shoulder & upper back to keep your arms light and lifted without the ache.
Tip: Try this after ballet or compeition dances with big lifts or acro skills
